What it does
Ortto combines customer data, visual marketing journeys and campaign analytics. Teams can use events and customer attributes to determine journey entry, exit, message content and conditional paths across email and other supported channels. A 14-day trial is available before choosing a paid plan.
Ortto's journey builder distinguishes a delay, a condition and a filter. A delay waits for a period or date, a condition splits the path, and a filter waits until the customer matches the chosen criteria. Those differences matter when planning trial onboarding: waiting for a feature-use event is a different instruction from sending another message after three days.
The customer-data platform supplies attributes and events for these decisions. Entry and exit conditions determine when someone joins or leaves a sequence. Journey version history can be used to inspect changes and return to an earlier version. Permissions also distinguish campaign creation from sending.
Capacity includes contacts, email volume and optional additions such as SMS credits or Talk seats. Most plans continue email sending with overage charges after the allowance; legacy annual arrangements can behave differently. Annual contracts cannot be downgraded during the term. To change capacity, open the account menu, choose Plan & Billing, then Update Plan. Contact tiers and additional email volume are separate choices.
The site offers a 14-day free trial. Start through Start trial to create an account, or book a demo for a discussion of the plan and data connections.
