What it does
Outline Digital Notes provides hierarchical notebooks and pages where users can type, draw, and organize material in a paper-like layout. The current V4 product has a Free tier; Standard is $4.99/month or $49.99/year for personal use, and Pro is $9.99/month or $99.99/year with commercial use and broader sync options. The product supports iCloud and, on paid tiers, services such as OneDrive, Dropbox, Box, and SharePoint.
Outline Digital Notes is designed for people who want a structured notebook with flexible page layouts on Apple devices. A hierarchy of notebooks and sections keeps notes organized, while freehand ink supports handwritten material. The vendor’s V4 release adds a free tier and subscriptions: Standard is for personal use at $4.99/month or $49.99/year, while Pro is $9.99/month or $99.99/year and covers commercial use. Sync options depend on the plan. This is a personal notes app at outline.app, distinct from the Outline team wiki at getoutline.com.
