What it does
Palette App is BairesDev’s free browser tool for arranging swatches along editable colour curves. It can interpolate intermediate colours, map an old palette onto a new one and export the result for design or code.
Create a palette in the sidebar and add a starting swatch using its HEX value. Edit HSV or RGB values directly, or reveal the hue, saturation and value handles and drag their curves. Selecting several handles and choosing Interpolate adjusts the colours between them.
The mapping tool compares a legacy palette with a replacement, assigns the nearest new colours and flags large differences. That gives a colour-system revision a concrete migration step. Import accepts JSON; export offers JSON, CSS or plain HEX values.
BairesDev provides the browser app free. Its editor recommends landscape orientation, which gives the curves and neighbouring swatches more room.
