What it does
Paligo's Content Manager stores reusable topics, media, folders, and publications. Authors assemble topics into publication structures that define a document's hierarchy, then choose an output such as PDF or HTML5 Help Center, a layout, and languages when publishing.
Create topics, arrange a publication, then release output
The official documentation describes creating a topic in Content Manager, setting its title and enabled languages, and opening it in the editor. Authors then build a publication by dragging topic references into its structure, which acts as the table of contents and determines the order and hierarchy of the output. Before publishing, the publication must be marked Released; authors choose a layout, output type, and languages, and approved translations can be emitted as separate or combined outputs.
A topic that is not included in the publication structure will not appear in that output, so publication assembly is a required part of the workflow. The product marketing page presented a verification challenge; this record is therefore based on official Paligo documentation, and pricing or plan packaging was not confirmed.
