What it does
Paloma combines newsletters, SMS, event registrations and automated reminders in a Swedish platform. Imported recipients and people who register for events can share the same contact records. A free account needs no card and includes 250 email sends per month.
For a local association, the useful connection is between an event registration and the messages around it. Paloma shares contacts across its communication tools, allowing newsletters, invitations, reminders and follow-up to use the same audience information. Import a list or collect registrations, select the relevant recipients, then review clicks and registrations alongside the send. Support is available in Swedish.
The free account includes 250 monthly email sends, plus an allowance of 80 event participants and five SMS. Create it with your email, company name and telephone number, then set a username and password.
Paid packages expand different parts of the service:
| Package | Starting capacity and tools |
|---|---|
| Bas | Newsletters with 500 sends per month |
| Act | Newsletters with 1,000 sends per month and telephone support |
| Go+ | Two modules, such as newsletters plus events or automation |
| Pro | All modules, onboarding and training |
Contact storage is unlimited across packages. An event organiser should compare participant capacity and message volume separately: storing the audience does not increase the number of messages included.
