What it does
Pangolin is a decentralized token exchange with deployments including Avalanche, Hedera, Flare and Songbird. Its V3 model concentrates liquidity into price ranges and adjusts trading fees dynamically. Wallet users can swap assets or supply liquidity to eligible pools.
Pangolin's swap quote includes more than the expected token amount. The Swap page shows the proposed route, fee, Price Impact and slippage information. The router can divide a trade between pools when that improves the quote, so the route may involve more than one pool even for a single pair.
Choose the sending and receiving tokens, paste a verified contract address if the desired token is absent, and enter the amount. Use the gear control for slippage tolerance, then check the output before selecting Swap and confirming in the wallet. Token spending permission may be required first. The selected network determines which token balances and pools are available.
Fees are dynamic and reflected in the quote. Pangolin says it adds no further platform charge beyond the displayed trade fee; blockchain transaction costs still need to be considered. A large order relative to pool liquidity can have substantial price impact despite a modest displayed fee.
V3 liquidity positions cover a selected price range. Superpools can add token incentives, but reward conditions matter: a position outside the incentivized range may stop earning the extra rewards until it returns. Displayed APR is a changing estimate rather than a promised payout.
