What it does
Paperform creates branded forms for client intake, lead generation, surveys, payments and bookings. Questions and follow-up actions can change with a respondent's answers. Its free plan includes 30 submissions a month, while paid plans add higher allowances and branding controls. New accounts begin with a seven-day Pro trial and can switch to Free.
From a client brief to a quote
Paperform's visual rule editor applies if/then conditions to questions, sections and other content. A client-intake form can show a project-detail section only for the service the client selected. Rules can also choose a success page, trigger an email or route a submission into a workflow. Calculation fields, such as a calculated quote, require a paid plan.
Plans and the initial trial
| Plan | USD per month, billed annually | Useful distinction |
|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | 30 submissions each month; Paperform badge stays |
| Pro | $49 | Removes branding; custom domain costs an extra $20/month |
| Business | $124 | Includes one custom domain and 10 workspaces |
| Enterprise | Custom | Custom roles and additional organization controls |
An account is required. Sign-up starts a seven-day Pro trial without a credit card; switch to Free from the billing page if you want the permanent free option. To build a conditional form, choose a template, add rules in the visual editor, then publish an embed or shareable link. Unlimited allowances remain subject to Paperform's fair-use policy.
