What it does
Passman is an open-source password manager hosted on Nextcloud or ownCloud, with a web interface and companion access options.
Passman is useful to assess when a Nextcloud installation is already part of the workflow. Its official site describes hosting credentials on that server and using the web interface, Android app or browser extension to reach them. Check the app-store release matrix against the installed server version before enabling it. Include the app's vault data in the server backup and recovery plan; keeping an existing file server does not remove the responsibility of operating a password service.
