Passpack's team structure is useful when account access should follow a responsibility rather than an informal message thread. The current site describes user accounts, teams and exportable event logs. Create a pilot around one shared service and define who owns changes to its credential. Business and Enterprise plans add different administration and integration features, so compare those requirements separately from the number of passwords stored.

The reviewed Teams offer is for up to twenty people. A larger group, or one needing additional administration and integration controls, should compare Business and Enterprise rather than treating unlimited stored passwords as unlimited membership.
