What it does

Passwarden is KeepSolid's password manager, with cross-device syncing, record sharing and a documented duress mode.

Passwarden offers a synchronized vault across Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, browser extensions and web access. Its distinctive Duress mode changes which vaults appear after unlocking. In Settings, create a duress password different from the master password, then choose the vaults visible in that mode. Save the separate recovery key shown during setup.

Unlocking with the duress password displays that selected collection and turns off push notifications. Selected vaults are available in both modes, while newly created vaults belong to the mode in which they were created. This documents the display behavior; it does not establish how the control will perform in a real coercion situation. Current homepage offers are paid/trial-based, while older feature material also mentions limited free use.
