Its current page describes categories, favorites, encrypted backup and CSV import/export alongside password and passkey records. Decide whether the vault will remain device-only or sync through a personal account. A CSV export is a readable migration copy, so keep it only as long as needed.
A single master password unlocks the local vault. Cloud synchronization is opt-in through your own Dropbox or Google Drive account, so it is a different arrangement from a password service that automatically stores everyone's vault centrally.
