What it does
Paychex Flex connects payroll and HR with new-hire onboarding. Employers choose the activities, forms and documents each starter needs, then follow completion in an onboarding tracker. Pricing comes from a tailored package discussion, with time tracking, talent tools and other services available as additions.
Move a candidate into Paychex Flex onboarding, choose the required tasks and documents, then track what the starter completes. The tracker identifies outstanding items for follow-up. Company forms can include handbooks, safety acknowledgments and benefits information, with new-hire data connected to payroll.
Form I-9 and E-Verify are services that can be added within Flex. The wider package comparison also lists time and attendance, HR analytics, talent management and other services as additions. These should be included explicitly in the requested package quote.
Paychex supplies pricing through a representative. Existing employees and administrators access Flex on the web or mobile app using their own credentials. If a username or password is lost, use the corresponding recovery option on the Flex sign-in page.
