What it does
Paycom connects employee HR and payroll information in one system. Its GONE time-off tool can decide requests using the employer's coverage, blackout, priority and tenure settings, then carry approved leave into scheduling and payroll. Quotes depend on employee count and the functionality selected.
Workers submit Paycom time-off requests from the desktop site or mobile app. GONE applies configured coverage, blackout, priority and tenure rules, or a manager decides. The employee receives a notification, and approved leave updates payroll, scheduling, the timecard and accrual balances.
The wider platform also provides employee records, onboarding, benefits and other HR tools.
Paycom prepares a quote for the employee population and required functions. The quote includes a one-time implementation fee; ongoing dedicated-specialist support has no additional charge. Employee Self-Service uses an account login, with a separate company single-sign-on option where configured.
