What it does
PayDunya offers web and mobile collection, invoice requests and social-commerce tools for West African businesses. Its Business account supports local payment methods and transaction reporting. Merchant approval and processing charges apply; agree the full fee schedule, including any account-management charge, before activation.
For a service invoice or outstanding balance, send a Demande de paiement, a payment request. Enter the subject, description, amount and recipient's email address or telephone number. The customer receives a link by email or SMS, chooses an available payment method and pays without creating a PayDunya account.
In the dashboard, Demander un paiement > Créer une nouvelle demande de paiement also lets the merchant set a payment deadline. The request list distinguishes received, pending and partial payments, so a deposit can be followed separately from the remaining balance. Transaction reports can be downloaded as PDF, Excel or Sage files.
To open the account, provide the business name, email, mobile number and password, then complete email and SMS validation. PayDunya asks for establishment documents from the country where the business operates. Its terms describe Business accounts rather than personal or household use.
Add a mobile-money or bank destination in Retirer de l'argent > Comptes de retrait, select the default destination, then request the amount to withdraw.
The pricing page describes transaction-based billing and a tailored offer for fintech or remittance businesses. Confirm the current tariff for the payment channels, withdrawals and account itself during onboarding.
