What it does
PayKickstart combines checkout, subscription billing, customer self-service, payment recovery and affiliate management. Course sellers, software businesses and service providers can configure their offers and connect a payment gateway. Access starts with a 14-day trial of the paid service.
Build an offer inside a campaign
In Campaigns, open the product dropdown and choose + Add Product. Enter the product details, then choose a one-time charge, recurring charge or pay-what-you-want price. Digital delivery can use an uploaded file or a link to an access page you create elsewhere. The checkout editor supports one-step and multistep layouts, optional address fields and a preview.
Decide what happens after a failed payment
Configure > Dunning controls the retry sequence. You can set up to five attempts, choose the delay for each and decide which attempts send a billing-update email. When retries run out, choose to cancel, pause or leave the subscription awaiting manual attention. Setting zero retries runs that final action at the first failure. Changes to the rules do not alter a recovery sequence already in progress.
Gateway and subscription costs
PayKickstart offers a paid subscription with a 14-day trial. Payment processing is an additional cost. Connect, its own gateway, requires a merchant application with business, owner and bank details; fees depend on the account and company country. Currency support also depends on the gateway and bank location. Confirm the current subscription offer and gateway terms when opening the account.
