What it does

Paymee gives Tunisian merchants Paylinks, checkout pages and payment-gateway connections for websites and apps. A Business account is free to open, with company verification required before receiving payments. Live card processing is charged per transaction without a monthly subscription.

A Paylink can request an invoice balance, phone order or deposit without a merchant website. Create it in the Paymee Business dashboard, then share the address yourself or have Paymee send it by email or SMS. The payer opens a form showing the merchant and order description before entering payment details.

Domestic Visa, Mastercard and postal e-dinar payments cost 1.9% per transaction. International Visa and Mastercard payments cost 2.9%.

For a custom checkout, Paymee's application programming interface, or API, takes the amount, payment note, buyer details and the addresses used after completion or cancellation. It returns a payment address and token. Redirect the buyer to that page, then use the server notification to match the result with the order. The notification includes payment status, transaction identifier, received amount and transaction cost; follow Paymee's checksum-validation procedure before accepting it.

To start, select Ouvrir un compte business, complete the registration form and upload the business information and documents. The integration has separate sandbox and production addresses, so a developer can prepare the payment flow before using the approved live account.
