What it does
Payrexx gives small businesses tools for remote bills, shop checkout and in-person payment collection. A lasting Free plan sits alongside paid Standard and Premium plans, and payment processing still has transaction fees. New accounts receive a 30-day trial; live access to Payrexx’s own payment providers requires a verified account in an eligible country.
Open Paylink and choose Create. Enter the purpose, currency and amount, then set an expiry if needed. Choose a one-time payment or an available recurring or authorization option, select the accepted methods and add the customer fields. Send as Email followed by Create and Send delivers the request; Send Later followed by Create saves it for later sharing. Resend After and Max Number of Attempts control reminders for an unpaid link.
Plans and provider charges
The pricing page lists these additional charges for payments handled by an external provider. The provider’s own processing charges remain separate.
| Plan | External-provider transaction add-on | Support listed |
|---|---|---|
| Free | 1.00% | Tickets |
| Standard | 0.50% | Tickets |
| Premium | 0.25% | Tickets and telephone |
Check the subscription amount for your business country and chosen term. Paid plans are billed annually, with one-, two- or three-year terms that renew for the same duration. At the end of the trial, actively select a continuing plan; otherwise payment collection stops under the Expired plan.
Payrexx Pay is available to registered Swiss merchants. Payrexx Pay Plus also supports Liechtenstein, Austria, Germany, Italy, France, Luxembourg, Denmark and Bulgaria. Other arrangements use external payment providers, subject to their availability.
For online payments through the in-house providers, new merchants start with weekly payouts and an eight-day transaction delay. Bank handling may add up to three business days. After three months of processing, merchants can request shorter delays or daily payouts, subject to approval. External providers make their own payouts.
Strengths
- Paylinks can be imported from CSV or XLSX and exported to CSV.

Watch out for
- The Free plan excludes shop plugins and custom integrations through the programming interface (API).
- Payrexx Pay Plus does not support recurring payments.
- Paylink does not generate accounting invoices or send SMS and WhatsApp messages directly.
Best for
- Small businesses sending individual payment requests
