What it does
PDF Agile edits text and layout in PDFs and converts among Office, text, image, and CAD formats. Page organization and annotations support document preparation and review.
Use text reflow when a revision changes paragraph length, then adjust font, line spacing and the surrounding layout. Page dragging and Office export support broader document changes. The current pricing table limits free conversion to two pages per task and five tasks, without a stated reset period. Paid plans use an account on two computers. Despite their Annual and Semi-Annual names, the vendor says plans bought since 2023 are one-time payments; update and support coverage varies by plan.
