What it does
PDFAid edits PDF text, images and pages and converts documents in a browser. Immediate downloads are sold through recurring access; its editor FAQ also describes a delayed free email link that conflicts with the subscription banner.
Upload a PDF up to 100 MB, edit existing text fields or add new text, then choose Done, the output format and a filename. An account is required when downloading, rather than when starting edits. The FAQ describes immediate downloads with a subscription or a free email link after three hours, while the upload banner says subscribe to download; confirm the offered route before relying on it. The paid introductory period renews every four weeks until cancelled, with region-dependent amounts.
Strengths
- Groups editing, conversion, signing, and page processing together.
Watch out for
- The FAQ's delayed free email download conflicts with the subscribe-to-download banner.
- Paid introductory access renews every four weeks until cancelled.
Best for
- Users deliberately choosing a paid online PDF workflow
