What it does
MiniTool PDF Editor creates, changes, converts, and organizes PDFs on Windows. It also includes signature management, redaction, annotation, and page cleanup.
To make a smaller packet, open the PDF and choose Page → Extract. Select one PDF containing all chosen pages or a separate PDF for each page, set a custom, odd or even range and output folder, then Start. Split offers even divisions or a chosen number of pages per file. The Windows program has a seven-day trial; advanced tools need Pro afterward. The current comparison's readable text loses its entitlement icons, so it does not establish extraction, OCR or redaction as permanently free.
Strengths
- Includes signature management and batch-oriented redaction alongside common PDF tools.
Watch out for
- Advanced tools need Pro after the seven-day trial; exact post-trial free entitlements are unclear in the readable comparison.
Best for
- Windows PDF preparation and review
