What it does
PEAK connects journals, the general ledger and financial statements with bank reconciliation, document attachments and stock costs for Thai businesses. A small free plan handles basic records; full accounting, bank reconciliation and integrations depend on the paid tier.
Which PEAK plan fits the books?
The Free plan has one user, 20 contacts and five items, with petty cash as its only financial channel. Records can be backdated by up to two months, and document and report exports are excluded.

Premium's listed price is a promotion through the end of 2026. Basic introduces the full ledger and financial statements. Pro adds bank reconciliation and FIFO stock costing, which assigns the earliest purchase costs to the first goods sold. Pro Plus adds transaction creation from Excel, statements and software connections.
Check the bank matches before confirming
In Finance > Cash/Bank/e-Wallet > Overview, select the bank, open its movements and import a statement or PEAK's Excel template. With automatic reconciliation selected, proposed matches appear for confirmation. Remove incorrect suggestions before choosing Reconcile All.
For manual selections in the pending-reconciliation view, compare the statement and accounting totals before reconciling. The select-all box applies only to the rows on the current page, so a long statement may need more than one pass. Reconciled entries also restrict later amount changes.
Opening a business account
Register with email and password, Google or Microsoft. Create Business then asks for the business's 13-digit identification number, name, VAT status and other company details. PEAK also offers an application programming interface, or API, for bringing data from other business systems into the accounts; access and allowances depend on the package.
