What it does
Pendo combines product-usage information, user feedback and in-app guidance. Its platform helps teams examine product experience and choose where to support or change a user journey.
Go to Analytics > Reports, then create a funnel. Select the app and events for each step, choose a date range and segment, and decide between Unique Visitors and Total Attempts. The first answers whether someone completes the flow; the second measures repeat attempts with a configurable timeout. Save the report for yourself or give other users in the subscription access.
A funnel supports up to 20 steps and a custom date range of up to 90 days. Grouping by event properties applies to the first step only; apply filters to individual steps when you need the condition to hold throughout.
Paid Pendo plans are quoted according to monthly active users and included products. Existing Pendo Free accounts can continue. New customers seeking the full platform are directed to sales for a trial. The free offer promoted as Novus is a separate product with its own data, rather than a free edition of the full Pendo platform.
