What it does
PeopleForce combines core HR, recruitment, performance, attendance, surveys, and employee cases. Its task workspace collects manual assignments and work generated by HR processes, with different completion rules for individual and shared tasks.
In Tasks, select New task, add instructions and a deadline, choose assignees, and save. Multiple individual assignees each receive a copy; Shared creates one task for up to ten people, and one completion finishes it for everyone. Use Created to check progress and the row menu to nudge unfinished work or reopen a completed item. The task keeps its history, and filtered lists export to Excel or CSV.
Choosing products and access

Core HR billing starts at 50 employees. Recruitment, performance, surveys, time tracking and employee case management are separate product choices. Monthly and annual billing are available.
A demo precedes the 14-day trial, after which PeopleForce supplies login credentials. Card details are unnecessary for the trial, but continued use requires an upgrade. Onboarding assistance carries no extra fee.
