What it does
Access PeopleHR manages employee records, absence and documents, with onboarding, performance and workflow tools added by package. Ripple lets HR teams build repeatable processes and see which stages have finished. A 14-day trial leads into a paid plan, with monthly prices charged per employee.
Ripple starts from a predefined workflow or a process you build yourself. Name the process, choose its HR actions and set notifications for dates or conditions. The dashboard lets you create or edit workflows, inspect individual tasks and follow completed stages. This is useful for recurring work such as onboarding or expense approvals.
