What it does

Perdoo connects company strategy with team goals and regular conversations. It tracks objectives and key results, or OKRs, alongside key performance indicators, or KPIs, and includes meetings with assigned follow-up tasks. The free plan supports five users; paid plans add reporting, connections and broader access options.

For a meeting without a calendar connection, open Meetings, choose Create Meeting, enter the title, participants and date, optionally select a template, then save. During the conversation, turn talking points into tasks and assign owners and due dates; keep shared or private notes. Google and Outlook connections can import existing meetings, but synchronization runs from the calendar into Perdoo only. The Perdoo meeting organizer controls the connection and can request an immediate sync.

Plans

Plan Main scope
Free Up to five users; strategy maps, goals, meetings and Slack or Teams connections
Premium Adds dashboards, company sign-on and advanced connections
Supreme Adds board views, custom dashboards and view-only licensing

Paid subscriptions run quarterly or annually, with volume discounts and no implementation fee. Fifty or more licenses include three hours of coaching; smaller deployments can purchase coaching separately.

An administrator adds colleagues with an email address and role, then sends an invitation. Both invited users and reserved users who have not yet activated access count toward billing. Adding seats during a paid term generates a prorated charge.

Strengths

  • Meeting talking points can become assigned tasks with deadlines
  • A five-user free plan includes goals and meetings

Watch out for

  • Calendar meeting synchronization runs in one direction
  • Reserved and invited users count as billable licenses

Best for

  • Teams maintaining company goals alongside recurring manager and team meetings
