What it does
PhotoFiltre provides photo filtering and layer-based editing; its documented version 7 includes bitmap, editable-text, settings and color layers.
In PhotoFiltre 7, use a settings layer for gamma, contrast or hue while keeping editable text and bitmap content separate. Shape, lasso and polygon selections can be saved for reuse. The canonical page lists portable 7.2.1 as free for private and nonprofit use; commercial or professional work requires a Studio X licence. Check the version 7 feature exclusions before choosing it: RAW, animated GIF and several correction tools belong to Studio X rather than this branch.
