What it does

Piano Socialflow manages publisher social queues fed by RSS, batch imports or manually prepared posts. Editors can hold material, schedule a fixed time or allow the service to choose within a publishing window. Individual accounts are required, and fees are agreed in a customer-specific software schedule.

On Publish, open + Filter to narrow the queue by source or status and choose a chronological order. Search works within those filters. Reset Filters restores the broader queue; clearing the search removes the keyword restriction. A saved view can be reused, and the last saved view loads by default.

Capitalised AND, OR and NOT combine search terms. Use is:recycled for reused material or label: followed by a label name. These searches help an editor find a campaign without mixing held drafts with scheduled messages.

In Compose, select accounts, add copy, a complete link and media, then choose how to publish. RSS stories can arrive on Hold for review, and internal labels support reporting.

Optimize chooses a slot within a time window. Can Send may expire unpublished; Must Send prioritises publication by the deadline and can bunch posts sharing that deadline. Schedule sets a fixed time; Publish Now releases immediately.

User Account settings control personal time zone, two-step verification and publication or failure notifications. The commercial agreement specifies purchased scope and fees; its standard terms do not reduce the bill merely because actual use is lower.

Strengths

  • RSS items can enter on Hold for editorial review
  • Saved source and status filters make recurring queue checks repeatable

Watch out for

  • Search respects active filters and the last saved view loads automatically
  • Several Must Send items with one deadline can publish together

Best for

  • Publisher social desks managing large queues with different deadlines and editorial priorities
