What it does
Pigeonhole Live combines audience questions, polls and event surveys. Organizers can attach feedback to individual talks or workshops and collect later responses through the same survey. Starter is permanently free for 100 participants and one user.
Open an Event in the dashboard and choose Agenda → Add session → Create new. Select Survey, enter its agenda details and questions, then save with Add. Test Mode and the Audience Web App help check the attendee view.
Use multiple-choice or open-text questions and mark optional questions explicitly. Display controls whether attendees see everything together or progress one question at a time. The latter saves progressively and shows where unfinished responses stop. Read survey results in Insights; paid accounts can export PDF or Excel reports. Finalize questions before the survey starts, because they cannot then be modified.

Paid plans use monthly or annual subscriptions. Organizers use a Pigeonhole Live account; attendees can join by link or QR code.
