What it does
Pinpointe provides email creation, contact segmentation, drip campaigns and activity reports for permission-based mailing lists. Professional offers a shared team account, while Enterprise separates brands or teams into dedicated accounts. Paid accounts are reviewed before activation.
A training sequence can begin when a contact joins a Pinpointe list. Set each message's wait in hours, days or weeks after subscription, then apply a segment to decide who receives that step. The sender and reply-to address can change between messages, allowing an introduction from the central team followed by a relevant regional contact.
Professional starts with one primary account and five team members, with more seats available. Enterprise starts with five dedicated accounts and an administrator account, with room to expand. Choose between them according to whether offices should share campaign resources or manage separate brands and lists.
Professional offers monthly or six-month prepaid subscriptions. Enterprise has an annual agreement with monthly payment available, so check the commitment as well as the payment schedule. Pinpointe reviews account applications and requires opt-in contacts; purchased lists are excluded.
