What it does

Pinpoint manages applicant tracking across different hiring streams, with role-specific stages, branding and permissions. A stage change can send a form, offer an interview booking or start an assessment, while alerts flag candidates waiting too long. Pricing is quoted after a discussion of the company's hiring requirements.

Pinpoint supports hiring templates for different role types. A high-volume operational role and an executive search can use different stages while remaining in the same applicant tracking system. Stage changes can send documents, share self-scheduling links, collect forms, or start assessments.

Time-in-stage alerts identify candidates waiting in a step, giving the coordinator a practical queue to review. Branching workflows accommodate different routes through a process, and visibility controls govern which stages and records participants see. Candidate-facing stages can also describe progress in language intended for applicants.

The pricing process starts with a conversation about the company's hiring setup. Employee access requires a Pinpoint user account. If the company enables Google sign-on, an administrator still needs to add the user to Pinpoint first; signing in with Google does not provision the account automatically.
