What it does
Pinpoll Tools creates website polls, quizzes and contact forms for publishers. Forms can collect contact details after a vote, with email-code verification and CSV exports. Paid plans have monthly base charges plus variable and setup fees.
Create a form in Pinpoll Tools, then attach it to the poll under Settings → Add-ons. This gives the response a separate contact-details step.
For verification, configure Mail Server in account settings. Add an E-Mail field, turn on E-Mail Verification and include :code in its message. Respondents receive a six-digit code to enter in the form. Ask Pinpoll about plan access if the Mail Server menu is missing.
Download CSV from the individual form for one campaign, or use the lead-data view for the entire database. A form export keeps the file limited to that campaign's contacts.

The base is not the complete cost: variable fees and setup are additional. Request a quote for the expected usage and team access.
The fourteen-day evaluation provides full tool access. If no package is selected afterward, the account remains accessible for purchasing but the tools are suspended. Account administrators assign users roles and organizations to control access.
