What it does

Piotnet Forms builds WordPress forms with repeating groups, calculations, conditional logic and post submissions. It runs independently of Elementor. Licences include all features, with annual plans and a separate lifetime option differing in site count and support duration.

Build a request with repeated items

Use a repeating group when an order can contain several items, then a calculated field for the total. Piotnet Forms' published order example separates item choices, quantity and the running amount. Conditional logic and multi-step layouts can organize a more detailed request.

After purchase, download the plugin from the account's License tab and install it in WordPress. Activate it under Piotnet Forms > Settings > License with the account details. In the builder, choose a blank form or template, arrange sections and fields, and set Action After Submit on the submit button before saving.

Site and support allowances

Licence Sites Updates and support
Personal 1 One year
Expert 100 One year
Agency 300 One year
Lifetime 100 Lifetime

All include the same features. The Lifetime option covers fewer sites than Agency, so a one-time purchase does not mean the largest deployment allowance. Checkout creates a vendor account. The Pro evaluation policy is a 14-day refund window after purchase; the public demo is a separate way to inspect the builder.

Strengths

  • Repeating fields combine with calculated values
  • Conditional and multi-step form layouts

Watch out for

  • Lifetime covers 100 sites, compared with 300 on Agency
  • Non-lifetime licences include only one year of updates and support

Best for

  • WordPress requests with variable line items or calculated totals
