What it does
Pipedrive organizes leads, deals and follow-up activities in visual sales pipelines. Teams can import a spreadsheet, schedule the next call and track progress through deal stages. It is paid software with a 14-day trial; email sync and automation depend on the plan.
A pipeline with a next action
Calls, meetings, tasks and emails can be linked to people, organizations, leads, deals or projects. In the activity window, choose the owner and link the activity to the relevant deal or contact. A quotation follow-up can then sit beside the deal it concerns.
Calendar sync is required to send activity invitations. Activity notes are private within the Pipedrive account, while the description is visible to invited guests.
Plans and trial
All plans offer a 14-day trial without a credit card. The pricing page displayed these euro rates, excluding VAT:
| Plan | Per seat/month, billed annually | Main distinction |
|---|---|---|
| Lite | EUR 14 | Leads, calendar and pipelines |
| Growth | EUR 39 | Email sync and automations |
| Premium | EUR 59 | Lead routing, scoring and e-signatures |
| Ultimate | EUR 79 | Additional access controls and sandbox |
Subscriptions, add-ons and the number of seats affect the bill. Full email sync starts with Growth.
