What it does
Pipeline CRM manages contacts, deals and sales activity for small and mid-sized business-to-business teams. Sales stages and custom fields can reflect different sales cycles, with forecasting based on the pipeline. It offers paid per-user plans and a 14-day Grow trial without a credit card.
Match the plan to the number of sales processes
| Plan | Pipelines | Active deals per account |
|---|---|---|
| Start | 1 | 250 |
| Develop | 2 | 2,500 |
| Grow | 5 | Unlimited |
| Enterprise | 20 | Unlimited |
Standard plans use monthly or annual per-user billing. Start also limits exports to five per user each month; higher plans allow unlimited exports. Data enrichment, email validation and calling are separate add-ons.
Configuring a pipeline
Pipeline CRM's Copilot can create pipelines, fields, automations and reports from plain-language requests. Strict mode asks before each change. For example, a team handling both project bids and repeat orders can use separate pipelines with stages appropriate to each. The forecast then uses the stage probabilities the team supplies.
