PiVPN reduces a small VPN deployment to an installer and a management command. The site describes choices for the port, client DNS and other settings, followed by commands for creating and revoking profiles. Despite the name, it also documents use on Debian or Ubuntu servers.
Choose WireGuard or OpenVPN according to the clients you need to support. The installer operates on a host you provide, so you remain responsible for that machine and its network reachability. It is useful setup automation rather than a subscription to someone else's exit locations.
