What it does
Pixifi manages photography clients, leads, bookings, contracts and invoices. Workflow templates organize tasks into phases and can perform client communication as work progresses.
Open the Pixifi workflow template, choose Add Phase, enter its details and save. Add the tasks that belong in that phase. Its calculated due date applies across the grouped tasks.
Phase actions wait until every task is complete. For a booking-preparation phase, include the work that must finish before sending the client's questionnaire. An unchecked internal task can hold up that message.
Time-based actions
Automatic Items are a separate workflow option. Add the action and scheduling details there when timing should control the send, then save. Use a phase action when completion of its tasks should control the handover.
The broader client record connects enquiries, bookings, payments and communication history. Start Free Trial opens registration, which asks for company, name, email, phone and password. Review the plan offered during signup for the studio's team and workflow needs.
