Plann combines visual scheduling, media editing and content ideas, with strategy placeholders for planning before finished images are ready. Its Free Forever plan covers one Instagram brand and user, with 30 posts, Stories and carousels per month and limited analytics.
Plann's strategy placeholders can be useful before a photo shoot. Map the intended themes across the calendar first, then replace the placeholders with the finished media. Content labels preserve why each post belongs in the plan rather than leaving the team with a folder of images and no publishing purpose.
The editor includes image adjustments and text overlays, while stock libraries provide another source of media. Desktop and the mobile app synchronize the working material, which helps a creator move between planning at a desk and collecting content elsewhere.

Free is limited to Instagram, with 30 posts, Stories and carousels per month, five video posts monthly and 30 monthly AI credits. Power User removes the scheduling cap. Build adds team chat, approvals and sharing links, while Grow expands capacity. Additional brands or teammates can be added separately.
On desktop, choose Create Free Account and enter your name and email, set a password or choose Google registration, then connect the social pages to the workspace. Premium features have a seven-day trial, after which Free remains available if you do not upgrade.
