What it does

Plecto combines custom performance calculations, live dashboards and team goals with reporting and contest tools. It connects sales, support and other business sources to shared displays.

Plecto turns sales and support records into shared dashboards, goals and team displays. Its custom calculations let a team define the measure it wants to follow, such as completed support work or sales progress.

Licences count employees who send data into Plecto, including records imported from another system or entered manually. Someone who only views dashboards does not need a tracked licence. Every data-source registration is linked to an employee profile, so an imported employee can count toward billing even without a login.

Plan Price Main difference
Medium USD 24 per tracked licence/month, billed annually; 10-licence minimum Dashboards, data sources, API and notifications
Large USD 37.20 per tracked licence/month, billed annually; 10-licence minimum Adds reports, SQL integrations, contests and custom permissions
Enterprise Custom quote Adds custom integrations and on-site setup

The 14-day trial requires an account but no credit card. Registration asks for name, work email, phone and password. In an existing organization, Settings > Employees > Tracked lists employees sending data; Billing shows billable licence details. Administrators can turn off automatic activation of imported employees and review them in Pending before tracking begins.

Strengths

  • Supports custom performance measures and connected team goals.
  • Separates tracked licences from view-only access.

Watch out for

  • Published plans require at least ten tracked licenses.
  • Reports, SQL integrations and contests require Large or above.

Best for

  • Sales and support teams defining shared operational measures
