Set a payment date, then manage the schedule

PNB Digital supports one-time future payments and recurring transfers. To change a scheduled transfer, cancel it in Manage Transactions at least one banking day before its date. Same-day scheduling is unavailable.

Fund the paying account for the transfer and fees at least one banking day in advance. PNB says an unfunded scheduled transfer is not retried. If a recurring date does not exist in a month, the transfer runs on that month's last day.

Enroll an existing account

Use your eligible account or debit/credit card number to register in the app. For a secondary holder of a Joint OR account, the initial activation code and one-time PIN go to the primary holder's email and mobile number. Later transaction codes go to the enrolled secondary holder's registered mobile number.

To enable app authentication, open More → Security, toggle PNB Digital Key, choose Continue, check the device details and tap Activate Now. Supported payments then use an approval prompt instead of a texted code.

Opening a new account

Domestic mobile opening requires Filipino citizenship, age 18 or older, Philippine residence and presence, a government-issued ID and facial verification. A separate route serves overseas Filipino workers in Hong Kong, Singapore and Japan, with an in-person verification visit to the nominated overseas office.
