What it does
POLYAS runs online elections and live votes for organizations, with self-service setup or help from an election manager. Administrators can test ballot papers and emailed invitations before sealing an election. Standard online elections are free for up to 50 voters; other packages and larger projects have separate charges.
Prepare the ballot papers in POLYAS Online Voting Manager, then choose Test to invite up to nine test voters. Their emailed credentials open the test ballot, so you can check the invitation and configured questions together. Use Stop test election when ready and download the result PDF; every invited tester need not vote before it ends.
Correct the setup and repeat the test as needed. Payment and sealing lock the actual election against further changes, so finish checking the invitation, ballot and test results first. Administrators sign into Voting Manager to set up and manage the election.

The calculator excludes optional features and services. Choose self-service setup or separately scoped election-management support; elections above 20,000 people require a quote. Recurring elections can use a negotiated framework agreement.
The nine-person online test is separate from a free Standard election. Live Voting also has its own project pricing and five-person test allowance.
