PopResume

What it does

PopResume is an AI career assistant used through chat or voice. It finds companies that are hiring, ranks saved jobs against your experience, and writes tailored CVs and cover letters from your own experience, with export to PDF or Word. It tracks applications, statuses, interview dates and follow-ups, builds mock interviews from a real job posting, and helps compare offers and rehearse salary talks. A free plan includes five AI requests a day, and the Pro plan is $39 per month with 50 requests a day. A free ATS check and cover letter checker are also listed.

The site presents a six step workflow: a free career interview, job discovery and ranking, tailored CV and cover letter writing, application tracking, mock interviews, and offer comparison. The career interview is always free. Free includes building a profile, finding companies hiring, ranking saved jobs, tracking applications and five AI requests a day. Pro adds tailored CVs and cover letters, importing an existing CV, mock interviews with scorecards, interview prep plans, company briefs, AI headshots and 50 requests a day. Cover letters and CVs open in an editor beside the chat, changes are saved as restorable versions, and answers can be edited by hand or by asking. Mock interviews use questions from the job description with live voice practice and a scorecard. The site lists a free ATS checker, cover letter checker and salary negotiation calculator, plus a blog and comparisons. Contact and support links are provided. The about page states the team is made of ex-recruiters focused on ATS-safe resume formats.
