What it does

Postmypost helps teams plan, approve and publish social content with versions for different networks. Calendar slots and categories organize work before posts are ready, while a shared editor keeps comments and approvals with the content. An account is required, and the seven-day trial does not require a card.

An empty calendar slot can describe work still to be prepared. Postmypost's content plan creates those future slots, while categories group posts by topic. A product announcement can therefore sit in the plan before its photos and wording are finished.

To start publishing, register, create a project and connect the required profiles through Accounts > Connect. Open Publications in Calendar view, select Create Publication, add the text and media, then choose its publication time. Review each network's preview before scheduling. Existing calendar posts can be moved by dragging them to another date.

The publishing workspace gives writers, approvers and publishers different roles. Network-specific versions let a team adapt captions and media while keeping client feedback alongside the publication.

Subscriptions depend on the account count and selected modules, with monthly and annual choices. The main packages differ as follows:

Package Main additions
Standard Posts and stories, previews, basic analytics and teamwork
Premium Comment monitoring and more detailed post, reach and audience analytics
Advanced Postmypost AI, message monitoring, reposting and watermarks

The trial lasts seven days. Automation runs consume tokens purchased separately, so include those in the cost of an automated reply workflow.

  • Network versions, previews and approval roles keep revisions with the post
