What it does
Post Planner brings content discovery, topic buckets, scheduling and analytics into one social publishing tool. The ongoing Free plan allows one social account, 30 queued posts and up to 12 posts per profile each day; creating an account is required.
Post Planner's workflow can start with material to discuss rather than a blank calendar. Content streams and discovery tools provide article or social-post ideas; the editor and topic buckets then organize what the business actually wants to publish. A local professional can keep educational links separate from service announcements before arranging the queue.
Queued capacity is separate from the daily publishing limit.
| Plan | Social accounts | Future posts in the queue | Posts per profile per 24 hours |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | 1 | 30 | 12 |
| Starter | 3 | 150 | 12 |
| Growth | 15 | 1,500 | 24 |
| Business | 25 | Uncapped | Uncapped |
Growth includes two users and Business includes five. X and Pinterest publishing require Growth or above. Scheduled comments and some other publishing controls are also in the premium feature group.
Use the analytics to compare published material before re-queuing it. Recycling is useful for an answer that remains current, while a dated offer needs editing or removal. The seven-day trial returns to the Free plan automatically if you do not choose a paid subscription. Larger agency plans increase the account and team limits. Billing can be monthly or annual.
