What it does
PowerISO creates, edits, extracts, mounts, and converts disc images and archives. It also provides optical-disc copying and related media utilities.
Tools → Convert selects the source image, ISO output and output filename. Mounting is a separate inspection route, and images can also be created from discs. The Windows unregistered version prompts for registration and cannot create or edit images greater than 300MB; that wording should not be extended to every mounting/extraction operation. Paid registration removes the restrictions and includes lifetime updates. Linux and macOS command-line downloads are separate from the Windows interface.
