What it does
Practical UI is Adham Dannaway’s design book and related resource. Its chapters cover simplification, layout, typography, interface copy, forms and buttons, with practical visual examples.
The public heading example asks whether headings still make sense without their supporting text. At the end of each chapter, a short tutorial applies the guidelines to the same fictional fitness-app screen.
The book is a PDF; the optional Figma design system supplies reusable styles and components. Current individual prices are one-time charges, before tax:
| Purchase | Price |
|---|---|
| Book | US$59 |
| Figma design system | US$79 |
| Book and design system | US$99 |
Free previews are available. The book teaches interface decisions rather than Figma operation, coding or user-research methods.
A design-system licence permits unlimited personal and client projects. Sharing it within an organization requires a team licence; redistributing the assets or turning them into a competing kit is prohibited. Its licence allows refund requests within 30 days, with refunds at the seller’s discretion.
