What it does

Practifi Naya connects clients, households, entities and interactions for advisory firms. Its customer relationship management (CRM) tools include process workflows, pipelines and role-specific views. Licences are priced per user per month, with optional services agreed through sales.

Start a Naya process from the relevant client or prospect's Processes & Tasks view. Choose Start a Process, then a Process Group and process type. All Groups shows every active type; No Group shows only types without a group. That distinction helps when a known process seems to be missing.

The process can create tasks with predefined assignees, dates and dependencies. For several account openings, change the number of process instances before finishing instead of trying to represent them in one instance. If the first task has an Active Form, complete its required fields during setup.

Review progress in the process's Open Tasks view. Complete Task records the outcome and, where used, time spent. The processes available to the team depend on the firm's administrator configuration.

Licence and optional services

Naya uses per-user monthly licence pricing, with the final configuration sized to the firm. Client portals, marketing campaigns, a testing environment and additional protection are separately offered add-ons. Talk to Sales to agree the configuration; Log In opens the existing firm's account.

Strengths

  • Processes can generate predefined assignments and task dependencies
  • Multiple instances support parallel work for the same client

Watch out for

  • Portals, marketing and a separate testing environment are optional add-ons

Best for

  • Advisory firms configuring repeatable client and account-opening processes
