What it does
PractiCount and Invoice batches word, character, line and page counts across document folders and uses the results for billing.
PractiCount and Invoice can count individual files, folders or folders with subfolders, then use the totals for an estimate or invoice. Define the billing unit first: a line or page can mean a chosen number of characters, words or lines. Office-document counting can include text boxes, headers, footnotes, comments and embedded or linked objects. Check dependencies and machine compatibility before planning a dedicated counting workstation: the site specifically requires Microsoft Word for WordPerfect files and lists Windows versions only through Windows 10. It offers a 15-day trial before licensing the full version.
