What it does
Primalogik gathers employee feedback through configurable questionnaires and rating scales. Reviewers can be nominated for approval, and reports compare colleague groups with the employee's self-assessment. A 30-day trial covers all modules for up to ten people; paid subscriptions start with a bundle of 25 users.
Build a 360-degree questionnaire from sample or custom questions, choose a three- to ten-point rating scale and set anonymity. Employees can suggest reviewers, with optional approval. Launch surveys individually or in a batch; automatic and manual reminders help track outstanding responses. Results compare each respondent group's average with the employee's own rating.
Feedback covers colleague feedback and surveys. Performance adds reviews, goals, check-ins and an employee journal; administrator onboarding and single sign-on are included with both.
Paid accounts have a 25-user minimum. Every active participant needs an account, including both the person assessed and their raters. Billing can be monthly or annual; annual payment covers ten months for twelve months of service. Setup, training and support are included. The 30-day trial allows up to ten staff members or test users across all modules.
