What it does

MoneyControl is Priotecs' household finance app for recording income, expenses and recurring payments. Its Primoco web companion synchronizes the budget book across devices. The iOS app allows 20 free entries per month; browser access has a one-month trial followed by prepaid access periods.

Record a purchase with its amount, then add an account, category, person or note when those details help explain it.

Import an existing spending record

The web app accepts CSV data. Specify the order of the date, amount, category and other columns, then upload the file. Review validation errors: rows with unusable values are ignored unless corrected. When an imported category or account does not exist, you can create it, map it to an existing item or skip the affected entries. The records are listed for review before you run the import.

App purchases and browser access

The free iOS version permits 20 entries per month. Its Premium upgrade removes that limit permanently for a one-time US$8.99 in the US App Store. Receipt photos and PDF reports are optional extensions.

Primoco browser access requires a user account. After the first free month, the website sells these prepaid periods:

Access period EUR price USD price
Three months €12 US$15
Six months €18 US$22
Twelve months €28 US$34

These website purchases do not renew automatically. Paid web access also unlocks the mobile features. If you let web access expire, the web account becomes inactive and stops accepting new entries.

Strengths

  • Offline app entries synchronize when the connection returns.
  • Weekly, monthly or yearly recurring payments appear in future-month previews.

Watch out for

  • Free iOS use is limited to 20 entries per month.
  • Continuing browser access requires a paid period.
  • CSV rows with validation errors are skipped unless corrected.

Best for

  • Households recording daily spending on phones and reviewing it in a browser
  • People bringing an existing CSV spending history into a household budget book
