What it does
Finago Procountor connects bookkeeping with sales and purchase documents, travel expenses and reporting. Accounting staff and auditors can access the same financial information and reports.
In Procountor, bookkeeping sits behind sales, purchase and expense documents. Incoming invoices can arrive electronically or through scanning, while users can submit travel expenses from the mobile app. Default accounting rules prepare entries for the organization’s review process. Businesses, accountants and auditors can work from the same records.
The ordinary monthly packages, before VAT and temporary promotions, are:

All include unlimited users. Extra documents, payroll recipients and sending or receiving documents can add charges; for example, Perus extra documents cost EUR 2.24 each. Count orders, expense claims and other qualifying records as well as invoices.
Request free test credentials by email to explore invoices and reports. The test environment is shared with other testers, so use sample information. E-invoicing and bank statements are disabled there. Production use requires a Procountor agreement and a notification to your bank to open its connection. The first production month is billed as a whole month, even when activation occurs near month end.
